The Czech Optical Cluster co-organized the 4th workshop focusing on introducing new correlative techniques for analysis and imaging of various types of materials. The workshop was held at the Fraunhofer Institute in Dresden on November 6-7, 2024.
Dresden’s vibrant ecosystem, known for its advancements in semiconductor and materials science, provided the ideal backdrop for exploring cutting-edge techniques in Light, Electron, X-ray, and Atomic Force Microscopy. This dynamic location only enhanced the workshop’s purpose: to drive forward new insights and collaboration in fields shaping our technological future. And not only between Germany and the Czech Republic!
We are already looking forward to the 5th edition, which will be held in Brno.
