The aim of the workshop was to introduce the activities of the Czech Machinery Cluster and the Czech Optical Cluster. The participants, members of both clusters, then introduced specializations of their companies and potential areas for cooperation. The visit of production area of Meopta-optika, s.r.o. was followed by a discussion on possible cooperation in R&D and supplier customer relationships. There were some very interesting suggestions which were subsequently discussed at separate meetings.
