C++SOFTWARE DEVELOPER – AUTOMOTIVE

We develop and produce premium lighting systems and Electronics modules for the automotive industry. By doing so, we shape the appearance and character of vehicles around the world. In this exciting position you are main responsible for the light/optical engineering part in customer projects in our ZKW Engineering Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development/Deployment of software using DevOps principals based on company internal requirements
• Development of platform products/frameworks (LDS, LDS Studio, LDS for CATIA and other tools)
• Development of physical based simulation products/frameworks (LDS Ray-tracing and other tools)
• Development of software/frameworks for calculating optical geometries (LDS Optics and other tools)
• Development of automation prod-ucts/frameworks (LDS Python, other tools)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of software development and architecture methodolo-gies, DevOps, and IT-Ops
• Fluent English communication skills
• Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++, Python 3, QT 5/6Design experience with CATIA and /or NX
• CAD knowledge is beneficial (Catia preferred)
• Good English skills for international communication.
