On Thursday, April 16, 2026, the first session of the Optical Coffee Chat series, organized by the Czech Optical Cluster, took place. The webinar was opened by cluster manager Petr Přikryl, who welcomed the participants and introduced the framework of the meeting, focused on sharing professional experience in the field of optics and photonics.
The main part of the program was then led by the team from TechSoft Engineering, who presented the key pillars of their activities and their practical applications. Topics discussed included advanced engineering simulations, such as structural analyses, fluid dynamics, thermal calculations, and cooling design. The presentation also covered photonics at the wavelength level and its integration with modern computational methods.
