This year, the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic awarded the Otto Wichterle Prize to twenty-five exceptionally talented young scientists, including two representatives of the HiLASE Centre – Ing. David Vojna, Ph.D. and Ing. Jan Kaufman, Ph.D.
In total, four scientists were awarded for the Institute of Physics of the CAS, of which the HiLASE Centre is a part: RNDr. Petr Hruška, Ph.D., Ing. Jan Kaufman, Ph.D., Ing. David Vojna, Ph.D. and Ing. Eliška Zmeškalová, Ph.D.
